Egg Salad Sandwich: An Inexpensive and Easy Meat Free and Yummy Option

 







Classic Egg Salad:

Boiled and peeled eggs
Real mayonaise
Finely chopped celery
Diced onion
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Any additional ingredient you prefer

Mix it all until the right consistency and serve on your choice of breads, tortillas, chips, rice cakes or however you like it. Refrigerate for a meal that can be served cold on the Sabbath.
